Daniel J. Martin

Daniel Martin advises broker-dealers, securities exchanges and other financial institutions on a broad range of complex regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. Mr. Martin also provides regulatory advice in connection with corporate transactions involving broker-dealers. In addition to his years at WilmerHale, Mr. Martin previously worked as an associate at a leading Washington law firm, where his practice focused on corporate transactions, contract negotiations, commercial litigation and book publishing matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Martin was a press spokesman for Google, where he managed corporate communications on technology policy issues. Source
