Today, the Senate voted to rescind the Biden EPA’s waiver allowing California to ban the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035. By a vote of 51-44, the Senate just passed the CRA resolution that kills off the Biden EPA waiver allowing California to ban the sale of new gas cars by 2035. This CA rule would have had a national effect. Big win for individual freedom, consumer choice, and the rule of law!

We'll find out tomorrow if a Senator supports or opposes gas car bans. The Senate will be voting on H.J. Res 88 that would block the EPA waiver allowing CA to ban gas cars. Eleven other states and DC are following CA's lead. All Americans will be affected regardless of state.

Tomorrow, the Senate will start voting on the CRA resolutions blocking the EPA's CA waivers consistent with the procedures established under the CRA. The waivers would allow CA to reshape the nation's car and truck industry. The Senate will hopefully put an end to such abuse.
