Peterborough United duo Kwame Poku and Hector Kyprianou have played their final matches for the League One side and will both depart on free transfers this summer. The duo are out of contract at the end of the 2024/25 season and will leave the club once their deals expire, whilst subsequently missing their final match of the campaign against Rotherham United.
