Raul Valle was a 16-year-old high school student when police say he stabbed and killed 17-year-old James McGrath and wounded three others. McGrath was a lacrosse player at Fairfield Prep.

Eligible Apple customers can now apply for their share of a $95 million class-action settlement over claims that Apple’s voice assistant Siri was listening in on conversations without users’ consent. The payout is tied to a suit filed in 2019 claiming Apple infringed on users’ privacy by capturing conversations and passing the recordings to third-party quality control contractors.
