While the students involved in the Baytown Youth Fair were busy making travel plans for bringing their FFA and 4-H projects to be judged, the Fairgrounds were filled over the weekend with the smell of barbecue. About three dozen cooking teams entered the 2025 BYF BBQ Cook-Off and the Moonshine Monkey team took home the coveted all-around trophy named after longtime BYF volunteers Tony Dahlquist and Burl McBride.
