Thursday marked an ecstatic day for a family linked to a prisoner exchange between the U.S. and Russia that has ties to Baltimore County. Police charging documents state that Kevin Blair Guy, 32, sexually abused five minors. The allegations go back several years. Guy is being held without bail. He’s been in jail since March 12 — an indictment was handed out on Monday.

the State having concluded its presentation, the Defense is now expected to call witnesses on Monday. The Judge advised that closing arguments should be delivered on Monday as well. Following the closing arguments, the case will be submitted to the jury for deliberation.
Over the last two weeks, prosecutors presented extensive evidence. They called thirty-two witnesses to support their case against the defendant, who is accused of raping and murdering 37-year-old Rachel Morin while she walked the Ma and Pa Trail in August 2023.
