WBAL-TV, channel 11, is a television station in Baltimore, Maryland, that is affiliated with NBC. It serves as the main station for Hearst Television, which is a part of the Hearst Corporation. WBAL-TV is co-owned with its sister radio stations, WBAL (1090 AM) and WIYY (97.9 FM). All three stations operate out of the same studio and office space located on Television Hill in the Woodberry area of Baltimore. This site is also home to a transmission tower that WBAL-TV shares with WIYY and several other television stations in the Baltimore region.
