A 24-year-old Peterborough man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of a man from Belleville. On Wednesday, police arrested Hayden Moreton at his home and charged him with second degree murder and two counts of attempted murder. Officers in Belleville are continuing to speak to anyone with information on the case.
