The Dallas Cowboys have had a solid offseason. They approached free agency with a little more urgency than before and signed a higher number of players than usual, although most were bargain-bin purchases. They stuck to their board in the draft and came away with quality players, a draft class that ahs been praised by the media. They also dipped into the trade pool, most notably acquiring George Pickens. It might not be quite ‘all-in’, but it does fit the definition of ‘selectively aggressive’.
