On Tuesday evening Micah Parsons noted on social media that he will be in attendance at the Dallas Cowboys’ mandatory minicamp next week. The reason this is news is because he is in the middle of negotiations on a contract extension with the team. One school of thought is that he could, or should, hold out and not participate in things like this in the name of sending a message. Others believe that he should show up and honor the contract he is still technically on to prove some sort of leadership.

To pass the time and mark the days, we asked some of our writers to rank their top-100 players in Cowboys history using no particular criteria, and put the results together into one list. The further away you get from the top 20 or so, the more varied the opinions. Sometimes it is about more than just stats.
