    Marvel Comics has revealed a new five-issue miniseries called Venom: Separation Anxiety! Written by David Michelinie with art by Gerardo Sandoval, featuring a foe with the power to alter reality: Purple Man. The first issue drops into comic shops on May 15th. Michelinie is coming off his last Venom series, Venom Lethal Protector II which ended last summer. “I’m always delighted to write a new Venom story in a retro background,” Michelinie shared.

    Although it's heavily based on many of Marvel Comics' best stories and events, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) isn't an exact one-to-one adaptation of the source material. The movie utilizes Volume technology, which immerses actors in digital backgrounds to create more realistic sets. The smell of the manure became unbearable for the cast and crew, leading to the discovery of the mix-up and a replacement of the material. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania stunk. No, that's not a critique of the movie.
