While the Ottawa Senators continue to pursue a deal to build a new arena at LeBreton Flats, their current home will be retaining its name for a while longer. The NHL club announced Friday it has signed an extension on its existing arena rights naming deal with the Canadian Tire Corp. The financial terms and length of the agreement were not disclosed. The 18,000-seat facility in Kanata has been called the Canadian Tire Centre since July 1, 2013.
