During my recent module at Devslopes Web Academy, the task was to use any API to create a sorting system. Naturally, growing up in the 90s, I chose the Pokémon API. I thought it'd be fun to sort Pokémon and ambitiously decided to add a battle system as well. Excited to start, I dove straight into the battle system, ignoring the main objective.
