KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Crews with the Knoxville Fire Department were called to an early morning house fire in West Knoxville Wednesday. Knox County 911 received a call for a house fire in the 1300 block of West 4th Ave. just after 2:00 a.m.Mark Wilbanks with KFD said when crews arrived, they were met by a male who said the fire started in the bedroom and all occupants were out of the home.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The All Pro Experience is coming to Neyland Stadium in June. The one-day event on Wednesday, June 18 will feature remarks from Coach Josh Heupel, family-friendly activities and more. It marks the first All Pro Dad Experience in Knoxville and is hosted by national nonprofit Family First. “We’re fired up to host the All Pro Dad Experience as a way to equip dads across our Knoxville community to lead and love their families well,” said Coach Heupel.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Kid A’ Riffic fun in the park is returning to Knoxville area parks for the month of June. The event is hosted by Knoxville’s Office of Special Events, Parks and Recreation Department and sponsored by Home Federal Bank. In 2023, Kid A’Riffic was awarded Best Children’s Event in the Southeast by the Southeast Festivals & Events Association. The first event includes a “touch a truck” area where participants can interact with heavy equipment and other city work vehicles.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a missing Knox County man. Officials said that 51-year-old Narendra Patel, left his home in West Knox County on May 25 around 2:30 PM. Patel’s family located his vehicle near the bridge on Northshore Drive, just west of the Concord Road roundabout in West Knox County, KCSO said. Patel was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt and khaki shorts. He is approximately 5′11″ tall and weighs around 220 pounds.
