    MANGHAM, La. (KNOE) - After falling to Oak Grove last year in the title game, Mangham is ready for a revenge tour with their new head coach Ridge Heisler. Mangham faced Haynesville in the second round and it turned into a pitching duel early. Both teams were scoreless in the fourth inning. Jacoby Young went up to the plate and brought a runner home in the bottom of the fourth inning making it 1-0. Mangham pitcher Lane Almond hit a 2 run double and helped get the Dragons rolling.

    OAK GROVE, La. (KNOE) - Oak Grove has thrived in the post-season. In fact, Ty Rollinson’s squad has not lost a playoff game in 2,191 days. The last home playoff loss for Oak Grove came in 2017 when the current seniors were in fourth grade. The dominance did not fade away for the Tigers in the regional round of the playoffs against 16-seed Lake Arthur. After one inning for the Tigers they racked up six runs.

    MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The ULM Warhawks Softball team has the opportunity to win their first ever Sun Belt Title. The Warhawks are currently 22-0 at home and they do not plan on letting up. Although many may be shocked, Head Coach Molly Fichtner certainly is not. “I knew our team had the opportunity to do this,” Fichtner said. She said after their season ended last year, her team was hungry. ULM faces Texas State Thursday, April 1 and if they win the series, they win the conference title.
