I love olives. They are hands down one of my favourite foods, and have been since I was a (very odd) child. I’ll eat them any way – including straight out of the jar when I’m reaching for something else in the fridge – but they are really incredible cooked, absorbing other flavours as they heat and bringing that singular quality, both salty and fruity, to a variety of dishes. Why not try one tonight?
