In the blink of an eye, he was paralyzed. “I remember the accident clearly and I remember waking up from the surgery, not being able to speak or move,” said Preston Hills. HANSEN, Idaho (KMVT/Gray News) - A bird hunter in Idaho wants answers after he says his dog was shot and killed while they were on a recent hunting trip. According to Trevor Henderson, he was out hunting with his dog Ellie, when she was shot by two other hunters who said they thought she was a coyote. “We heard three gunshots just one after the other,” he said. Henderson described it as a typical day before the shooting happened on Sunday morning.
