    LEIPSIC, OH (WLIO) - A fire in Leipsic this afternoon brings in several departments. The incident occurred in an alley behind an old pizza shop next door to the recently renovated Leipsic Community Center. Bystanders in the area heard loud noises from Lithium-ion batteries exploding from the back of a pickup truck - causing flames that took reinforcements from Ottawa, Mccomb, Miller City, and Leipsic working together to put out.

    LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Severe thunderstorms left a trail of downed trees and power lines, causing some damage and tense moments in a Lima neighborhood. Moments after the initial storm began, a tree and its powerline came crashing down on top of a vehicle on Woodlawn Avenue. The falling limbs trapping them in their car and injuring two people. The Lima Fire Department called on the scene and were eventually able to rescue the individuals from the car, transporting them to a nearby hospital.
