Bruno Fernandes does not want to move to Saudi Arabia at this stage of his career, Sky Sports News understands. The feeling is he still has plenty to offer top level European football, after Al Hilal offered him the chance to join the Saudi Pro League for £100m. Manchester United are waiting to hear from club captain Bruno Fernandes on whether he wants to stay at the club, amid interest from Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal. The Saudi club are willing to make Fernandes one of the best-paid players in the world and pay £100m to sign the United captain. Fernandes' agent Miguel Pinho has been in Riyadh for talks with senior Al Hilal executives, and Saudi Pro League insiders believe it is a positive sign for Al Hilal that Pinho has travelled to Saudi Arabia.

Real Madrid are favourites to sign Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen and hope to complete the deal in time for the Club World Cup. Madrid made contact with Bournemouth on Wednesday and discussions are ongoing between the clubs. Personal terms are also being negotiated. A number of Premier League clubs have asked to be kept informed of developments around Huijsen, who is believed to have a £50m release clause in his contract, including Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.
