For starters, the club is now under the umbrella of the City of Worthington, having changed its business classification from an LLC to a nonprofit.     WORTHINGTON — For Worthington junior Tethlouch Gach, his love for hurdles and the triple jump event started when he was a freshman on the Trojan track team. At the time Gach did not know what events he truly wanted to do in the spring sport. He had tried out a few different events, but nothing stuck initially. That was until he saw a pair of seniors over in the pits on the field event practicing their triple jump. The seniors, Marenono and Abagotte Opiew, invited Gach to join them in the sand.

    WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Trojans lost to Redwood Valley 44-26 in a home Wrestling Triangular on Thursday. Also competing against the Cardinals were St. James-Madelia. Redwood Valley was victorious 44-30. Wrestling at 107 for the Trojans was Dominic Larson who won his match against Jayce Guimond by pin. At 114 Worthington’s Sam Dagel lost a 9-4 decision to Nolan Ourada. At 121 Dyson Neugebauer was awarded the victory by forfeit for the Trojans.
