    The City of Perth has immediately suspended e-scooter hire following the death of a pedestrian over the weekend. UK woman Alicia Kemp, 24, was riding a scooter which allegedly crashed into Thanh Phan, 51, from behind as he walked along Murray St in Perth’s CBD with a friend about 8.40pm on Saturday.     A crane has crashed in a major Sydney tunnel, shutting down one side of the motorway. The crane crashed about 11.30am on Tuesday in the M5 Mwy at Kingsgrove. It is currently laying on its side.
