Micah Jones is well known in local and regional bass circles as an angler who gets its done in almost every tournament he enters. I met Jones and was able to fish with him in the past on Lake Mead as part of a local bass club tournament. Jones showed me a “run and gun” style of fishing that I didn’t know. And recently he showed 175 other pro anglers just how good he is when he fishes hard. kAm~? s2J ` @7 E96 (~} r=62C {2<6 ~A6?[ y@?6D 7:?:D965 H:E9 E96 E@A 328 @7 E96 52J[ 4964<:?8 :?

The Kingman Elk Lodge #468, Mohave Sportsman Club, Arizona Game & Fish Department and the Kingman Regional Medical Center are once again hosting what has to be the best local fishing event that is held every year in Mohave County. It’s called Fishing For Smiles, and it features two one-day fishing events at the Dunton Pond, located on the Dunton Fort Rock Ranch, which is located at mile marker 91 on I-40. kAm%96 D:8?FAD 7@C E96 6G6?E H:== 36 @?

For the past several years I have been looking for an engine to replace the one I had on my 24-foot pontoon boat that I used for my night-time striper fishing trips on Lake Mead. The reason was my engine, a 175 h.p. two-stroke Johnson had blown up and when I saw the price of a new engine was $12,000-20,000, it was obvious to me that a new engine would cost more than the boat was worth and that I couldn’t afford it. kAm$@ x 564:565 E92E E96 36EE6C @AE:@?
