Dusty conditions will be hanging around (not as windy and dusty as Tuesday) through the evening and will slowly decrease the rest of tonight. Cooler temperatures and rain chances begin Friday and last through the weekend. Expect about a 20-30% chance of seeing rain. Low-end windy conditions will make Saturday feel just a bit cooler.
