That’s the message of its CEO Sam Mudd, who was speaking to IT Channel Oxygen this morning following the publication of full-year results confirming the LSE-listed software reseller’s top line has broken through £2bn. In its year to 29 February 2025, BTG saw GII power up 15.2% to £2.1bn, with GII growth by our calculations accelerating from 13.7% to 15.8% half-on-half.

    The CEOs of two of Microsoft’s largest UK partners have applauded the latest Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) changes, saying they will help reward partners who invest while penalising those using Microsoft as a “loss leader” on shallow engagements. Microsoft last week raised the authorisation requirements for its CSP partners while adding a raft of goodies to help them “drive more renewals and upgrades, retain customers, upsell, and scale their businesses”.

    Acquiring CSI thrusts Park Place Technologies to the “top of the food chain”, one of its top execs has claimed. Ohio-based datacentre support giant Park Place on Tuesday grabbed £50m-revenue UK IBM partner CSI in what it billed as the second-most significant deal in its history (behind only its 2020 purchase of similar-sized peer Curvature).

I see lots of people calling out firms for poor customer service on here. So it's only right that I call out @thetrainline for the opposite. They gave me a full refund on the (non-refundable) tickets I bought to get to a funeral that was subsequently postponed. Thank you! 👏👏
