“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”“No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”I am writing this for the people I love who want to change but don’t know how or if it’s even possible. I know it’s possible. I’ve done it, and so can you. I have lost loved ones to suicide and addiction who couldn’t find a way to change. I almost overdosed and died when I was 21 years old because I couldn’t find a way to change either.

First there is the conscious mind. What you're aware of. But that's not actually what is controlling most of your behavior. What controls most of human behavior is the subconscious mind. So, to change what's in the subconscious mind we need to employ a few simple techniques that will gradually free us from the impressions we've received from our experiences, conditioning, or trauma. These techniques are simple but require consistent practice and dedication for permanent and lasting results. Deprogram.
