I'm glad to see that nonsense is going strong on college campuses, like the annual Lettuce Club meeting at the University of Minnesota! Students get together once a year for a stress reliever towards the end of the spring semester to have fun and see who can eat a head of lettuce the fastest. There were actually two winners for the competition this year, where Ethan Lie and Jared Burnett tied at 3 minutes and 32 seconds.
