Wirral Council accidentally sends out incorrect letter to people who pay for bin collections WIRRAL Council has apologised for accidentally sending out letters a year out of date to over 2,000 people. A letter posted on social media by one member of the public told them that their garden waste subscription for brown bin collections which should have been due to expire in May 2026, would actually expire on May 31 2025. The letter was dated April 23 2025.
