For restaurateur and Rexdale native Jennifer Coburn, Toronto has always been home. "Welcoming, compassionate and vibrant," says Coburn of how she sees the city. "Toronto is a dynamic metropolis. It’s a big enough city that you can truly be yourself," she adds. That entrepreneurial spirit was fostered in Coburn since childhood where her family would source produce for their meals from the backyard.

The Le B proprietor and chef often hosts lavish parties and dinners at her West Village boîte, however, for the kickoff to Lunar New Year this year, she swapped Gotham for Sin City with a one-night-only guest residency at Delilah at the Wynn Las Vegas. Sprinkled amongst the bites were an equally glittering crew: designer Bach Mai, sisters TK Wonder and Cipriana Quann, and stylish young things Blake Abbie, Christine Chiu, and Jessica Wang.
