ORANGE PARK, – The 15-year old who went missing out of the Orange Park area has been found safely. Alyssa Umbaugh went missing December 1st 2024, and was last seen near a Red Roof motel on Youngerman Circle. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office corrections officer was shot and killed by a man early Saturday morning at a truck stop on Jacksonville’s Northside. According to JSO, around 1:20 a.m., a black Mustang with a man and a woman arrived at a Love’s travel station on Duval Road. Police said the two were involved in a violent dispute. During the argument, the suspect exited the car from the passenger seat and walked over to the driver’s side.
