CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A cold front and a few disturbances moving east through the Plains will increase chances of showers and thunderstorms in Charlotte this weekend. The balance of this Friday afternoon is still on track to be very warm and humid with highs in the mid-to-upper 80s. Friday night, a stray shower or thunderstorm will be possible; otherwise, expect mostly cloudy skies with lows in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
