ASSEMBLYMAN Watson Duke was yesterday escorted out of the Plenary Chamber of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) by two police officers following instructions by Presiding Officer Abby Taylor. Duke's removal stemmed from his refusal to abide by instructions given by Taylor. The incident unfolded as Assistant Secretary in the Division of Infrastructure Terence Baynes was contributing to a motion to treat with crime in Tobago.
