When we think of an animal rescue, we think of rescuing animals who are strays on the streets or in a bad home. These pets are given a hard life that no pet ever deserves. However, what about the pets that were given an actually pretty good life filled with love and family, but, in the end, were still left to fend for themselves heartbroken and alone? We're talking about the pets whose loving owners passed and left them with no back up. It's unfortunate, but it happens. So where do these pets go?
