We all have to face grief eventually, 'tis the circle of life. Even though we all know it is inevitable, it still does not make it any easier. And that goes for animals too—it is not easy to lose a pet. I lost my aunt and grandfather two months apart from each other. We knew it was coming, but I was still heartbroken. However, it was several months after that when tragedy struck and I had to put my dog down. That simply broke me.
