The SPA, of a duration of 20 years, is subject to NextDecade taking a positive Final Investment Decision (FID) on Train 4.

Subject to the finalisation of the SPAs, this agreement is set to start in mid-2027, for 15 years, with the price indexed to Henry Hub.

Carbon Clean has announced the successful completion of the world’s first industrial deployment of CycloneCC. The modular unit has achieved the major milestone of around 4000 operating hours over a six-month period, moving CycloneCC to Technology Readiness Level 7 (TRL 7)1. CycloneCC has been operating continuously, delivering a high purity CO2 product, which exceeds the projected target and meets Fertiglobe’s CO2 purity requirements.

Worley Ltd (Worley) has been awarded a contract by Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) for Phase 2 of the Brunsbüttel Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) terminal in Brunsbüttel, Germany. Under the contract, Worley will provide construction, installation and commissioning services. These services will be provided through Worley’s offices in the UK and Germany. Separately, Worley is also providing engineering and procurement services. Worley categorises these contracts as transitional work.
