    Exolum has today begun operating the fuel storage and distribution network at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, the European Union’s largest airport. Exolum will manage and maintain the fuel distribution facilities after being awarded a 20-year concession by Aéroports de Paris (ADP). In agreement with the ADP Group, Exolum will invest more than €200 million in the maintenance and improvement of existing storage and supply infrastructure, as well as the development of new capabilities.

OverviewMarubeni will offtake a certain volume of green ammonia produced at a plant on a long-term basis and supply it to clients. This project marks the Marubeni Group’s first long-term offtake agreement for green ammonia.

    Carbon Clean, a global provider of carbon capture solutions, and MODEC, a leading provider of offshore floating platforms, have signed a landmark agreement to jointly develop and scale Carbon Clean’s CycloneCC carbon capture technology for offshore applications. The collaboration will accelerate progress toward the deployment of a fully commercialised CycloneCC solution on MODEC’s industry leading FPSO designs. Under the agreement, a pilot plant is targeted for installation on an FPSO in 2026.

    In 2023, BASF and Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd, a China-based fertilizer manufacturer, launched a pilot project in China to verify the reduction of CO2 equivalent emissions (CO2e) from the use of Yuntianhua’s stabilised urea fertilizer containing BASF's urease inhibitor Limus®. The pilot verified that Yuntianhua reduced roughly 46 584 t of CO2e emissions by using Limus-treated fertilizer versus untreated fertilizer.
