As far back as 2019, he argued that preventing free expression can reinforce institutions and existing power structures, no matter the reasons for doing so.

    Brilliantly packaged in its four seasons, many consider HBO’s “Succession” to be one of the greatest television shows of all time. Although the first season is a tad too slow for me, “Succession” is a contemporary Acropolis of prestige TV — towering above the rest as a masterpiece of drama, ambition and family intrigue. In its purest form, the plot of “Succession” is rather derivative — a rich family grovels over power.

    Amongst the trends of gym bunnies, runners, pilates princesses, and ‘hot girl walks’ that we saw in 2024, it’s easy to forget about the other options available to us. We all know other sports exist, many of us probably partook in them when we were younger in school or clubs at weekends. When we’re younger we see these as hobbies and it’s only as we reach our 20s that we might see the wellness benefits of these sports and consider how to incorporate them effectively into our daily lives.
