The remainder of your Sunday night will be pretty quiet except for some wind picking up as temperatures remain mild. This wind will help to bring in a chance for a couple of showers and thunderstorms through the day Monday, but the chance is not large. We do have a slight risk for severe thunderstorms in northeastern KY and the main threats will be hail and wind. The good news is that there is not a lot of rain coming in with this cold front, and not a lot of rain expected this week.

One more frosty night is coming up as most of our viewing area is, again, under a Frost Advisory until 9 am. Once we get past the chilly morning, we will see some sun for the afternoon and high temperatures in the mid 60s. Monday brings in another rain/storm chance with the potential for a strong storm northeast in KY. Rain chances will be around off and on through next week, but there won't be a lot of moisture to work with, thankfully.

The end of the work week has been a little rainy and definitely gloomy as the last of the rain has pushed on out. Temperatures are also quite chilly for mid April, but we are going to move into some warmth soon. Before that, we have a Frost Advisory in effect tonight starting at 2 am and lasting until 9 am. Cover the tender plants! The weekend looks nicer as we at least dry out. Rain chances are near zero both days and we'll warm to the mid 60s by Sunday.

After round one of rain showers came through very early this morning, much of our day has been nice and warm, but round two of showers will arrive later this evening. The low pressure will keep the showers around to start your Friday, but eventually they will move on and the rest of the day will be dry again. We could see some sun tomorrow, otherwise it's mostly cloudy and cool with highs in the low 50s. The winds will be out of the north, so it will feel cooler.

After around 3 quiet and cool days, we are warming up slightly just in time to see some more rain moving in. Most of the overnight stretch will be dry as we keep milder in the mid 40s, but showers will work their way in from the north by dawn. Scattered general thundershowers will be around for part of Thursday as we turn the warmth up to the low to mid 60s. We might see a few bits of sunshine in the afternoon in between some showers.
