The pontiff had been hospitalised at the Gemelli hospital in Rome after suffering a bout of bronchitis. Pope Francis' tragic death has plunged 1.4billion Catholics across the globe into mourning. Francis had been suffering from his latest bout of bronchitis for over a week and was initially taken to hospital on Friday, February 14.

A NEW envelope law to help cops and certain drivers on the roads may soon be in place, though critics have already raised concerns. Eligible drivers will be able to issue blue envelopes to cops when at a traffic stop or during other interactions with law enforcement. DRIVERS have just weeks left to take action before a major driving license change comes into effect that will impact travel. A new ID policy coming in next month will mean that Americans must apply for a new driver's license or identification card in order and enter secure federal buildings. Drivers are urged to apply for a REAL ID-compliant license before the deadline on May 7. After this, standard licenses will no longer be valid for domestic air travel or access to certain government buildings.
