What has been on my mind recently is sitting less on my phone, scrolling nonstop through TikTok, YouTube, etc. I tried, or I am going to try again, and actually do it this time: detox from social media. I am not doing a full-day detox for a certain number of days. I am doing a detox from the time I wake up, which is about 6 AM, which means no YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and so on until the evening. I want to live more intentionally. I have gotten a lot better.

I do not care about who you vote for or your political views, but I do care about Politics. I with a passion dislike the fact that we need to make this whole big deal who we vote for, with the fact that we cannot respect one another that we have different views. If you vote for this or that, I cannot hang out with or be your friend. That is so ridiculous, beyond in other words. I have stopped caring about what people vote for. My views have gone back and forth.

So, I am going to write without time blocks as well this time... And as you know it might be all over the place... I woke up, around 8 AM. My daughter was awake as well. Honestly, I do not remember much from the mornings, I am usually half asleep waking up. I picked up my daughter, and we headed to the kitchen. In the kitchen I made some blueberry banana pancakes for her breakfast. For me it was chai latte with some gingerbread creamer I got from Publix the other day. That was basically my breakfast.
