A new survey of more than 2,000 UK adults commissioned by the UK and Irelands largest group-based weight loss organisation Slimming World reveals almost 50% of adults say they have put off trying to lose weight with 6 in 10 of those aged under 27 are the most likely to delay. Bethany, aged-27, thought that Slimming World sounded too complicated after seeing her mum following the plan for many years.
