Findings  In this cohort study of 198 125 patients in 2 UK databases, the incidence of prostate cancer increased from 109 per 100 000 person-years in 2000 to 159 per 100 000 person-years in 2021. Prevalence increased from 0.4% in 2000 to 1.4% in 2021.
