Data collectionWe will collect quantitative and qualitative data focused on understanding HIV care and harm reduction services, social, structural and programmatic factors (table 1). The research team will greet potential participants who contact the research team by email or phone. Research members will follow a phone or email script to discuss inclusion, scheduling, accessibility, psychological and emotional support for the data collection process.
