    For 50 years, Sycamore Preschool has been teaching young children of North Manchester not just the basic introductory lessons like counting and their A-B-Cs, but have taught spiritual and Bible lessons as part of their curriculum.     The first order of business at the North Manchester Town Council monthly meeting on Wednesday May 7 was a public hearing concerning the Downtown Revitalization Plan with Mike Kleinpeter from Kleinpeter Consulting helping the Town secure the grant from OCRA. The Town received $40,000 for the plan and contributed a matching amount of $5,955. “We had to engage local stakeholders from around the community – a majority were property owners downtown,” Town Manager Adam Penrod said. “We met three times.
