These four films showcase the creative talents of filmmakers from the region and highlight the breadth of programming from the festival. This year's Made Here Film Festival is happening April 24-27 at Burlington Beer Company, and features 50 films from New England and Quebec.

Brian keeps a positive outlook through mountain biking, and he keeps his spirit alive by pushing himself beyond his limits with the sport, including racing up Mount Washington.

Montreal-based filmmaker Laurence Gagné-Frégeau directs a tender portrait of the end of a life in the latest Made Here documentary film series premiere, Cherry. Quebec artist and performer Marie-Lise Chouinard was a radiant woman, imbued with contagious liveliness, and this film aims to capture her resilience, friendship and hope. This moment is documented in the Made Here series premiere of the award-winning 1993 film Kanehsatake: 270 Years of Resistance, from Indigenous Quebec filmmaker Alanis Obomsawin.
