The Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District reversed and remanded a lower court’s judgment in an insurance law case out of St. Louis County. The appellate court reversed the St. Louis County Circuit Court’s decision in an auto insurance dispute. It stems from a January 2020 accident involving Jeremy Scott and another party not part of the lawsuit.
