The Missouri Supreme Court disbarred a lawyer April 4 for failing to respond in a timely manner to allegations of professional misconduct. Kansas City-based attorney Spencer Jordan Webster was placed on interim suspension by the Supreme Court in July 2024, after sufficient evidence was found that he was guilty of several instances of professional misconduct related to Supreme Court Rule 4.
