How the two of them met: Carter’s family has a cottage on Devil’s Lake in Adrian, MI. Kylie’s childhood best friend also had a cottage here. Through family friends and going to the same grade school, Kylie and Carter met here in the summer of sixth grade. It took a few years for Carter to convince Kylie, but they started dating after Kylie’s freshmanyear of high school. They’ve celebrated their eight year anniversary just a few days prior to their big day!Why do the two of you work so well together?

Set to take effect in January, La-Z-Boy, Inc. will officially acquire Durocher’s two Toledo La-Z-Boy stores: La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings & Décor at 5178 Monroe St. in Toledo and La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries at 5804 Airport Hwy. in Holland. As part of the transition, partners and advertisers are told all existing contracts for these La-Z-Boy locations will end on December 31, 2024. Future inquiries and advertisement propositions should be directed to La-Z-Boy’s corporate office.

Though each website has its own set of useful information about what is provided, most of them do have a few things in common: pets are discouraged, chainsaws are even more discouraged, and they all have hand saws available (though you are welcome to bring your own).

When I watched “The Shawshank Redemption” for the first time at 14 years old, it immediately gripped me — the musical score, the bleak, imposing view of the prison where main character Andy Dufresne is sent after a false murder conviction — the one liners that are recognizable across generations. It is a special film to so many of us. It wasn’t long after watching the film that I read the collection, Different Seasons by Stephen King, that includes Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption.

Toledo – Local pond owners have the chance to restock their ponds at a discount price, thanks to Lucas Soil and Water Conservation District (Lucas SWCD), which is in partnership with Fender’s Fish Hatchery in Baltic, Ohio. To take advantage of this sale of $1.35 or less per fish, buyers must preorder by Oct. 3 and pick up on Oct. 10. The species include large mouth bass, yellow perch, channel catfish, bluegill, and fathead minnows. These fingerlings range from one to six inches in length.
