    Imo Boddy looks refreshed and recovered when we speak to her, a mere few weeks after she set a new women’s world record for running the Three Peaks. If you didn’t know, The Three Peaks record involves running up the three highest peaks in Great Britain – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). Imo completed her record-breaking run in just 6 days, 5 hours and 43 minutes, breaking the previous women’s record set by Ann Sayer in 1979.
