Ross Murray, who has a severe peanut allergy himself, has launched a social media page called The Allergy Map, which is a space for allergy-safe living. The 31-year-old has a vision to grow a supportive community, launch a community-focused website, collaborate for change, and use technology to make life easier for people impacted by allergies.

He says himself and his dogs have been checked by both the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) and police officers. The 72-year-old lives in the van – alongside ten grown up dogs and five puppies (who are in a connected trailer) – after he was evicted from his property last year.
