There’s not many Dave Faust’s out there anymore. Mainly because he’s one of a kind. On Monday, the longtime St. Henry boys’ basketball coach decided it was time to retire. “It’s time,” Faust said. “People told me you will know. On Tuesday night, it was the boys taking down Lloyd Memorial 53-38 in the 9th Region championship at Truist Arena.

The Cooper girls’ basketball team has been able to beat pretty much anyone in their way over the last four years. Except Sacred Heart. The Valkyries ended the Lady Jaguars season once again for the third time in four years in the Clark’s Pump-N-Shop girls’ Sweet 16 quarterfinals Friday night at Rupp Arena in Lexington, 78-61.
