Los Angeles area residents are recovering from wildfires, and are now dealing with mudslides. Officials say multiple counties are under evacuation warnings and orders, with mudslides closing some parts of the Pacific Coast Highway on Thursday. Sandbags and barriers were put up in an effort to protect homes from the torrential rain and flooding.
