Photo by Matthew Pearce/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images As the Colorado Avalanche embark on their first-round playoff series with the Dallas Stars, we’ve gathered to share our thoughts on the matchup and the postseason road ahead. Adrian: Regarding the theme itself, I’m not a fan of ‘Built to Win’ as it just feels like a repeat of ‘All in,’ and whether I think that claim is valid remains to be seen.

John A. Babiak After concluding what some might consider a shocking and franchise-altering trade deadline, especially in concert with other moves made this season, we unpack where the Colorado Avalanche stand heading into the final 16 games of the regular season. Kamil Krzaczynski-Imagn Images I got a bone to pick with Avs fans and media right now and it might not be a popular take - Stop overreacting to losses! They happen! The Colorado Avalanche lost 3-1 to Chicago on Wednesday and it seemed like everyone’s take was apocalyptic. The Avs weren’t good enough! They didn’t work hard enough! The top line was lazy! The defense is terrible! NO. Stop. None of that is correct.
